Ingredients
2 c basil leaves (packed)
2 clv garlic
2⁄3 c olive oil
1⁄2 c parmesan cheese (grated or shaved)
pine nuts (handful - about 3-4 Tbs)
salt and pepper
Instructions
Run basil leaves, garlic, and pine nuts through a food processor.
Add oil slowly while running to turn into a smooth paste.
Add parmesan and salt and pepper and pulse just to combine.
Use, refrigerate, or freeze in an ice tray or silicone mold then transfer to freezer bag.
